Early intervention
The West Norfolk Help Hub is aimed at professionals. If you're a professional offering support to individuals or families experiencing difficulties, we may be able to help.
The Help Hub looks to help address your customer's needs before their difficulties become unmanageable. It will assist individuals and families at the earliest stage possible. Services can include:
- advice
- guidance
- practical support
The Help Hub is for low level emerging needs that can be met through early intervention, such as:
- debt problems
- housing problems
- struggling as a lone parent
- drug or alcohol dependency
- domestic abuse
- health problems
- mental health problems
- support with employment, education and training
- youth offending
- family support concerns

Make a referral
You can refer a customer using our online form.
To refer a customer to our West Norfolk Help Hub programme, you'll need:
- details of everyone in their household
- their date of birth and address details
- information on the type of help you think they require
What happens next?
We arrange weekly Help Hub collaboration meetings with local agencies. Any cases referred are discussed within meetings.
As a referrer, you're required to attend this meeting or to dial in to present your case. If you're unable to attend or dial in, you'll need to nominate a representative as the case may not be heard if not.
We'll contact you to let you know the date your case is due to be presented.
