How to pay your bill with cash using your barcoded bill
Pay at a Post Office or PayPoint
You can pay your bill with cash at any Post Office or local shop displaying the 'PayPoint' sign.
Your bill has a barcode, which is needed to make the payment. You can't pay without taking this with you.
The Post office or PayPoint attendant will scan the barcode. They will give your bill back alongside a receipt for your payment. Please keep the receipt as proof of payment.
Payments usually take three working days to reach your account.
Cheque or card payments cannot be paid with your barcoded bill.
