An area bounded by a line running from the centre of Guanock Terrace behind South Lynn PO and continuing north easterly to its end.  Thence northwards on the western side of that part of Gaywood River which runs to the west of the football ground following Mayor’s Avenue as far as the Red Mount and then turning  north north west to the western end of St. John’s Walk.  Continue eastwards following St. John’s Walk to a point in the centre of the B1144 and then northwards to the level crossing.  Then 640 metres in a south easterly direction along the path of the former Swaffham line, across to the watercourse at the southern corner of Extons Place.  South, south west and finally west north westerly along the watercourse towards Holcombe Avenue.  Following the watercourse in a generally southerly direction for 220m and then turning west north west to a point in the centre of Chase Avenue 110m from its junction with the B1144.  South south east following the centre of the road to a point where the road meets Sidney St.  West north west across to the Somerville Rd/B1144 junction at its eastern side and then turning south west down the centre of the carriageway before turning north north west and then west behind 71 Vancouver Avenue.  Following the rear boundary of the odd numbered properties and the rear of the bus depot the boundary turns west north west and follows the centre of the two London Road southbound carriageways past the South Gate before turning north west to the point of commencement aforesaid.

Starting from a point on the King’s Lynn to South Wootton cyclepath, level with the southernmost point of Aconite Road, continue east and then north east along the southern periphery of the Marsh Lane estate as far as the south western boundary of 10 Riverside.  Continue north north east to a point behind 4A Riverside before turning east north east and continuing across the Marsh Lane/Wootton Road junction to a point on the Gaywood River midway between 32 Meadowvale Gardens and 1 Burns Nurseries.  Proceed in a generally southerly direction around the eastern periphery of the Stonebridge Estate and continuing down the centre of Field Lane to a point in front of number 5, at which turn south equidistant from Gloucester and Field Roads and continue to Gayton Road.  From there proceed to the Wootton Road junction, briefly north then west between numbers 5 and 7 Wootton Road and continue along the rear boundaries of the Lynn Road properties as far as the cyclepath.  Follow the cyclepath back to the beginning.

Turn south west as far as the Middleton Stop Drain, then west until meeting the Nar Valley Way.  Turn south along the boundary of the parishes of North Runcton and West Winch as far as the Polver drain.  Follow the drain westwards to the boundary of the parish of Wiggenhall St. Germans.  Turn generally north to a point 100m west of Seeche Abbey, north west for a similar distance along Thiefgate Lane before leaving the lane at its point of deviation and continue north along the Wiggenhall St. Germans parish boundary before turning due west just short of the Willows Industrial Estate to a point in the centre of the River Ouse.  Follow the course of the river north eastwards to Friars Fleet.  Then east along the River Nar until the river assumes an underground course just outwith the South Gate.  Proceed to the west of the properties on Vancouver Avenue, run briefly north east before continuing in a generally easterly direction midway between Sidney Street and Chase Avenue.  At the bottom of Chase Avenue, continue east to skirt Holcombe and Kings Avenues before joining the Leziate rail line and continuing to the beginning.
