How to arrange an assisted bin collection
What is an assisted bin collection?
An assisted collection is when our waste crew collect, empty and return your bins to the storage position at an agreed location on your property.
If you have difficulty moving your wheelie bins yourself, please let us know so that we can arrange for a member of our crew to help out on collection day. Our service is designed for anyone who is physically unable to move the wheelie bin for the roadside for us to collect. We can arrange for an assisted collection on a temporary basis, or on a long-term basis depending on your circumstances.

You can apply for an assisted collection using our online request form. You can now track the progress of your request through registering for our My Account service.
Registering for an account is easy and will allow you to securely access our services 24/7.
To apply for an assisted collection you'll need:
- your address and contact information
- to tell us why you need an assisted collection, and for how long for
