Our Management Team
Our structure is organised around the main services we deliver.
Our Management Team consists of the Chief Executive and three Executive Directors (two of these posts are currently vacant).

Chief Executive - Kate Blakemore
Our Chief Executive has overall corporate management and operations of the council.
They provide professional advice to all parties in the decision making process, including:

They are responsible for a system of record keeping (with the Monitoring Officer) for all local authority decisions (executive or otherwise).
They're also responsible for:
