Forward plan
We have a statutory obligation to publish key decisions in a forward plan. The forward plan provides information on all decisions to be made at future Cabinet Meetings. And whether or not the item of business will contain confidential or sensitive information, meaning that the public will be excluded from the meeting.
A key decision is one which is significant in terms of:
- expenditure
- savings
- being likely to have a significant effect on communities living or working in the area comprising two or more wards or electoral divisions
