Key safe
We provide the Supra C500 Key Safe, which is the UK’s first Police approved key safe.
On occasions when you may require authorised visitors to have access to your home including carers, loved ones and the emergency services, having a key safe could speed up this process an avoid damage to your property.
Keys within the key safe are accessed by entering a unique code which can allow medics, emergency services, family and friends to access your home safely when you need them most.

Digital Switchover
The digital switchover is happening. BT’s infrastructure company, Openreach, plan to switch all UK phone lines from analogue to digital transmission by 31 January 2027 (this date was originally the end of 2025). For many households this means changing the copper phone line to a fibre optic one, but copper lines are being switched too.
These changes are necessary because the amount of data we use is increasing and the BT equipment used in telephone exchanges to run the copper (PSTN) network is old and becoming more difficult and expensive to maintain, but the switchover has implications for users of care alarms, who should take extra care to ensure their alarm service is not interrupted.
Please see our Digital Switchover page below for the latest information.
