About the proposed housing development in Southend Road, Hunstanton
Southend Road is a proposed development of 32 residential flats on land we own in Hunstanton. The development will consist of one, two and three bed properties.
We anticipate the development will include a 20% provision for affordable housing. We hope that the scheme is attractive to first time buyers and small families, as well as those looking to remain or retire in the area.

Provisional Works Programme
Please note that these dates are provisional, and subject to change based on contractor availability material availability, weather, and other external factors.
Due to the nature of the scheme design the programme is rolling, with works phases overlapping. I.e. the superstructure of some areas may have commenced whilst the substructure of others is still under construction.

This project was granted planning permission in April 2021 and we started on site in May 2022.
