On Thursday 22 July 2021, a referendum poll was conducted asking the following: "Do you want the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Tilney All Saints to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?" The results are as follows:
