What does the LDS provide?
The LDS provides information on the documents that currently make up the Local Development Plan for King’s Lynn and West Norfolk and the timetable for the preparation of the Local Plan.
Our Interim Local Development Scheme came into effect on 6 March 2025. It chiefly outlines the currently anticipated timescales for the preparation of a new emerging Local Plan.
This has been based on the Government’s new plan-making system which is likely to be available Autumn 2025. We’ll seek to update our LDS when this available.
