Application to transfer
If you want to transfer a licence from the previous licence holder to you or your companies name, please complete the transfer application form.
To transfer a premises licence you'll need:
- to obtain consent from the previous licence holder - please complete the consent to transfer form
- a credit or debit card for the £23 fee

Application to transfer and vary
To transfer and vary a DPS you'll need:
- a transfer consent form completed by the existing premises licence holder
- a DPS consent form completed by the proposed premises supervisor
- to demonstrate your right to work in the UK
- a valid debit or credit card for the £46 fee
Once you've completed the form, please return to us your full licence and summary
What happens next?
Once we've processed your form, we'll acknowledge it's receipt. There's a 14 day consultation period, and you'll hear once the consultation closes. The transfer will take effect from the date you applied for it.
