Lovell has opened a show home and marketing suite to launch its new 105-home development at Nar Ouse in King’s Lynn, built in conjunction with the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk.
Operating by appointment only, visitors will be able to meet the sales team at the site, called Nar Valley Park, visit the furnished show home, discover the buying schemes available and look at the plots on offer.
The new development has been carefully considered with a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes, ideal for both first time buyers and existing homeowners. With a mix of 37 homes available for open market and the remainder being affordable, shared ownership or private rented sale, the range of house styles will suit young professionals, growing families and those looking to downsize.
The show home now available to view at Nar Valley Park is the popular three bed Lansdown. This stylish and beautifully presented home includes an en-suite bedroom, as well as French doors leading to the rear private garden. The site has seen a lot of interest with appointments already being booked in to view the show home and many plots already reserved.
Hailey Marks-Burton, senior sales executive at Lovell, said:
“I live in King’s Lynn and I love the area. I have seen for myself the need for quality affordable housing to be built here which is now apparent with the number of locals snapping up the chance to call Nar Valley Park home. There has already been a vast amount of interest in this site, particularly with first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder, and I have been overwhelmed with lots of early birds reserving plots and appointments to view the show home. With easy access onto main roads such as the A47, this is in a prime site near to the Hardwick Roundabout, town centre and the quay with its lovely restaurants and bars. Of course, Hunstanton is also close by with its gorgeous beaches. These homes are built with modern living in mind and have full fibre connectivity too.’’
Cllr Richard Blunt, Cabinet member for Development and Regeneration at the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk said:
“I’m pleased to see these much needed homes come on to the market. They’re in a good location with excellent access to everything King’s Lynn town centre has to offer. Buying options include the Help to Buy scheme for first time buyers, making the properties accessible to people who really need them.”

Prices for the development start at £185,000 on open market and the government Help to Buy scheme is available for first-time buyers.
