the acceptance by the council of this Termination Notice does not prejudice the council’s right to recover arrears of rent outstanding
the allotment must be cleared of any livestock, buildings and materials of any kind that are the property of the allotment holder
the allotment must be left in a clean and tidy condition and void of personal belongings from the date provided above
I will be required to pay the council the cost of clearance (minimum £150.00 per plot) if unsafe buildings/materials are left on the allotment, or if the allotment is in an otherwise untidy condition
allotment site keys must be returned to the main council offices by the date provided above
