Guidance notes

The West Norfolk Public Event Safety Advisory Group require basic details of your planned public event to assess the size and nature of your event. This ensures relevant Council services and emergency response partners (e.g. fire, ambulance, police, highways and health agencies) are made aware of the event.

It is still the event organisers responsibility to apply for appropriate licences and road closures etc directly to the agencies involved.
